Getting started is easy with our straightforward application process. Simply fill out the required information and we’ll screen based on your overall credit report, rental history, and criminal background.Click here to download our full list of rental requirements, and guidelines. 

Our lease terms range from 5 to 15 months depending on your needs!  

Great news! For a fully approved application, no deposit is required. However, a conditionally approved application may necessitate a security deposit of up to one month’s rent. Application approval is based on the screening results.  A $200 administrative fee is charged per home as well as an $80 application fee for every applicant over 18. Please call our leasing office for additional details. 

Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date and according to the specials we offer sometimes. Usually, our lease terms range from 5 to 15 months.

We adore our furry friends, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment. 

The following pet rules apply:  

  • Pet fees include a $400 non-refundable fee per pet.  
  • Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. 
  • We require all pets to register with pet screening before moving in. All applicants are required to make a profile. 
  • We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply

The Grind Fitness Center was designed with your fitness goals in mind and is at no additional cost to residents. You will have access to treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and machine-weight fitness equipment.The fitness center policies are posted at the entrance to help ensure everyone has an safe and enjoyable workout experience. 

Wylder Square offers free wifi at our indoor community areas including the leasing center, clubroom, Grind fitness center, and surrounding the pool. 

Wylder Square is proud to be a smoke-free community. This means all community-shared areas, both indoors and outdoors, and apartment interiors and exteriors, are non-smoking. This creates a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents.  

 

Moving trucks are not permitted in the parking garage and cannot block any reserved garages. Please utilize street parking to unload at the nearest location. Feel free to ask a leasing agent for maps and directions. 

Our community lies within Lewisville LSD, a well-renowned school district that prides itself on educational excellence.

  • Elementary School (grades K-5): Homestead Elementary
  • Middle School (grades 6-8): Arbor Creek
  • High School (grades 9 -12) Hebron High School

We would love to have your friends and family join our community. Current residents who refer a friend to live at Wylder Square receive a $250 rent credit after move-in. Ask any of our leasing agents for details on this program.

Wylder Square’s Resident Service fee includes Resident Liability Coverage, Pest control, Trash, and Smart Lock fees
